Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to refer to the Senate Starred Question No. 72, replied on 16th November, 2018 and state: (a) the date on which Board of Officers (BOO) was constituted by PCAA to assess the possibility of construction of new terminal building equipped with essential facilities for the operation of international flights at the Skardu Airport indicating also the time by which its proceedings will be finalized; and (b) whether the Planning, Finance and other relevant Divisions /Authorities are being consulted in the said process, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter Faith Harmony be pleased with refer to Senate Starred *Question No. 34, replied on 5th October, 2018 and state: (a) the date of approval of the existing Hajj Policy by the Cabinet; (b) the names, designations, dates of birth and names of departments of the persons who have been selected for Hajj duty more than three times after approval of the said policy by the Cabinet; (c) the authority which relaxed that policy in respect of Hajj duty by the said persons; (d) whether the said authority has powers to relax that policy, if so, the details thereof; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to implement the said Hajj policy in letter and spirit?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state whether it is a fact that 30-40 oil and gas exploration blocks are lying idle in the country due to non-issuance of NOCs by the Government, if so, the reasons thereof, indicating also the steps being taken by the Government to issue NOCs to the same expendiously?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the supply of Natural gas has not been provided to the residents of Chak No. 82 JB, Norangabad district Faisalabad despite the fact that the pipelines for the provision of natural gas were laid there one year ago, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to provide natural gas to said Chak?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state whether the government has conducted any study to identify the potential of electricity production through wind in coastal areas of the country, if so, the details thereof and the steps being taken by the Government for implementation of the findings/ recommendations of the same?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the details Government accommodations illegally occupied by unauthorized persons in Islamabad at present with category-wise and sector wise breakup; (b) the details of the said accommodations the occupants of which have obtained stay orders from the courts indicating also the details and date of issuance of stay order in each case; and (c) whether it is a fact that a number of officials of the Estate Office are involved in illegal occupation of Government accommodations, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to conduct a forensic audit of the cases and officials of Estate Office and get those accommodations vacated from the illegal occupants?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether the Directorate of Immigration and Passports has devised any mechanism in its offices to address, on spot, the grievances of applicants with regard to obtain or renew their passports, if so, the number of complaints received by each passport office during the last one years; and (b) whether the said mechanism has been evaluated to asses the pros and cons of its implementation, if so, the details thereof indicating also the areas identified during the same which require improvement?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA)has not been able to finalize the investigation in cases like Axact Scandal Khanani and Kalia and suchlike other cases for a long time, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to modernize the said Agency and establish internal accountability system therein?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting, National History and Literary Heritage be pleased to state: (a) the amount received from the Power Division under the head of TV fee during the last ten years with year wise break up; (b) the procedure laid down for reconciliation of the said amount with Power Division; and (c) whether any discrepancy has been reported between the amounts collected and deposited during the said period, if so, the details thereof, indicating also the remedial measures taken in this regard?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) the mandate of Pakistan Standard Quality and Control Authority to ensure uniform standards and quality control mechanism for processed and packed food items in the country indicating also the benchmarks set down for the same; (b) the mechanism set down by the said authority for carrying out its responsibilities of ensuring the standard and quality of those food items in the provinces after the passage of 18th Amendment in the Constitution through which the subject of food has been devolved to the provinces; (c) whether the said authority has taken notice of the practices of misleading and deceptive marketing by the manufacturers of their products; if so, the details thereof; and (d) the steps being taken by that authority to make rules for ensuring standard and quality control of products at par the international standard and publication of complete information of products on their packaging in Urdu with the collaboration of provinces?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that under the existing law and rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan it is mandatory for public sector companies to distribute its income or dividend or bonus of profit amounts the beneficiaries of the company; (b) whether the said Commission has taken any notice of violation of the said law and rules and by FGEHF, a public company, which does not give to its members any share of its income, generated through interest on the amount paid by the allottees or members of its housing schemes, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by that Commission to investigate the said violation by FGEHF and make it accountable?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite making “Dearness Allowance” a part of monetized salaries of the employees of the State Bank of Pakistan, the same was not included in the pension of those employees of the Bank who opted for pre-mature retirement during the fiscal year 2006-07, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to give the benefit of the said increase to those employees in their pensions?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) the number of beds available in Federal Government Polyclinic hospital and Pakistan Institute of Medical sciences, Islamabad for treatment of patients suffering from disease like measles etc. (b) whether it is a fact that the number of the said beds in those hospitals for the treatment of those patients is not sufficient, if so, the reasons thereof; (c) whether the Government has taken notice of either denial of admission of referral of the said patients by those hospitals to other hospitals in recent times; if so, the details thereof; (d) the steps being taken by the Government to upgrade the facilities for treatment of such diseases in the said hospitals; and (e) the steps being taken by the Government to install a system for addressing of genuine complaints of the patients in those hospitals?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to state: (a) whether the Federal Directorate of Education has collected the data of children who did not continue education after the primary or drop out later in Islamabad since, June 2013. if so, the details thereof with year wise and school wise break up; (b) whether the Government has carried out any assessment to find out the reasons behind the said drop outs of children, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to cap the said reasons and to made the study scheme more effective and interesting, particularly at middle and high school level in order to control the drop out ratio of children?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state that whether it is a fact that despite the promulgation of the National Assembly Secretariat Employees Act, 2018 (Act No. VII of 2018), the employees of the National Assembly Secretariat are not being allotted Government accommodations, if so, the reasons thereof and the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether the Estate Office, Islamabad, has taken notice of illegal occupation of Government accommodations of Cat. IV in sector I-8, Islamabad, by trespassers, if so, the number of those accommodations; and (b) the steps taken by the Government to get the said accommodations vacated and allot the same according to the prescribed rules?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken notice of extra charges of beverages over and above their original retail price being charged by the food outlets in Islamabad, if so, the details thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to curb the said practice by those outlets and make them accountable?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of patwar circles created in Islamabad indicating also the benchmark upon which the same have been created; (b) the details of various instruments prepared by each of the said circles during the last five years with month wise break up indicating also the fee charged for the same in each case; (c) the average duration in which each of those instruments are issued; (d) whether it is a fact that patwaries and other relevant officials in those circles illegally demand extra amount for issuance of the said instruments, if so, whether the concerned higher authorities have taken notice of the same; (e) whether any mechanism has been devised to check the practice of demanding extra amount for the issuance of those instruments by the patwaries of the said circles, if so, the details thereof indicating also the action taken such persons during the last five ears; and (f) the steps being taken by the Government to make the said system simple and computerize the land record in Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the names and locations of libraries and computer literacy centers established for women and children in Islamabad indicating also the expenditure made by the same during the last ten years with year wise break up; (b) whether it is a fact that a number of the said libraries and centers are either in poor conditions or non-operational, if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether any study has been carried out to find out the causes of the present poor conditions and non-operational status of those libraries and centers and make them operational?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make it mandatory for manufacturers to print the information of the product’s ingredients and other information on their packagings in Urdu for the awareness of the general public, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether OGRA has taken notice of complaints made by the leading car manufacturers regarding the substandard quality of petroleum products being sold in the country which damages cars, engines, if so, the details thereof; and (b) the remedial steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) the names, designations, names of department and age of the persons who have been selected for performing Hajj duty during Hajj 2018 indicating also the number of times the said persons have earlier been selected for the same in each case; (b) whether it is a fact that a number of persons are continuously being selected for the said duty for the last few years, if so, the names of authority who selects them; (c) the policy or rule framed by the Government regarding the number of times a persons can be sleeted for the said duty; and (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government review the said policy or rules to limit or fix the number of times a persons can be selected for that duty?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) has awarded a contract for collection of fines imposed by the traffic personnel to JS Cash, if so, the criteria adopted for the same; (b) whether the PPRA rules regarding the tender process was followed for awarding the said contract, if so, the details thereof and, if not, the reasons thereof; (c) whether it is also a fact that the commission or fee of the JS Cash is charged from the commuters, if so, reasons thereof indicating also the amount or ratio of the same; and (d) whether the charging of the said commission or fee from commuters result in increase in the amount of fine, if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that during the budget sessions for fiscal years 2016-17 and 2017-18, the then Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs announced the grant of honoraria equal to three and four months basic pays respectively for the officials of ICT Police and Special Branch Police performing their duties in the Parliament House; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the Finance Division released the amount required for payment of the said honoraria of those officials to the concerned department but the same has not been granted to them so far, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which the same will be paid to them?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue and Economic Affairs be pleased to refer to the Senate Starred Question No. 51, replied on 10th October, 2018 and state the steps being taken by the Government to re-allocate the funds for the payment of honoraria for fiscal years 2016-17 and 2017-18 as announced by the then Finance Minister for officers / officials of ICT police and Special Branch Police who performed duties during the budget sessions of the respective fiscal years?

Will the Minister for Maritime Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that an LNG terminal is being built at Karachi Port; (b) if so, whether it is also a fact that in order to link the said LNG terminal to gas network in rest of the country, pipelines have to be laid across the city of Karachi, if so, the justification for establishing the same at the Karachi Port despite the already established LNG terminal at Port Qasim; and (c) whether there is any alternative to laying of pipeline in whole of Karachi for connecting the said terminal to the rest of the country, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state whether it is a fact that an agreement was signed with the National Bank of Pakistan for collection of fines for traffic violations through branch less, network, internet and mobile banking in Islamabad Capital Territory despite the fact that the Bank did not have the required infrastructure to carry out the job, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that CDA has not granted technical allowance to the Engineers working in CDA and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council despite the advice/recommendation of that council, if so, the reasons thereof;and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to grant the said allowance to those Engineers?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the NADRA e-Sahulat centre established in the Kallar Syedan, District Rawalpindi has been closed, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to reopen the said centre, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the amount spent on the reconstruction and repairing of IJP road, Islamabad during the last five years; (b) whether it is a fact that the condition of the said road has deteriorated despite the fact that the same has recently been reconstructed, if so, the reasons thereof; (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to conduct an inquiry about the poor reconstruction of that road by the contractor, if so, the details thereof; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to reconstruct the said road ensuring the quality and standard of the construction work?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No.75, replied on 19th December, 2018 and to state: (a) the details of persons apprehended on account of making illegal / unauthorized transactions through ATMs and other means since January, 2018 and the amount recovered from them so far; (b) whether the amount recovered from the said persons was paid back to the persons affected; and (c) the steps being taken to conclude the investigation into such cases at the earliest?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government for developing the green belts and dividers along different roads in Islamabad by planting more trees and ensuring their sustainability?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Reforms be pleased to state: (a) the details of PSDPs projects, the cost of which has escalated over and above the original estimated costs during the last ten years indicating also the amount of escalation in each case; (b) whether the Government has made any study / assessment to find out the reasons of escalation of cost in PSDP projects, if so, the details thereof; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to ensure completion of the PSDP projects within their estimated costs?
