(a) whether it is a fact that CDA being a line department to develop Islamabad, has deposited due amount to relevant accounts of SNGPL for provision of natural Gas to remaining part of Sector I-14, Islamabad; (b) whether it is also a fact that SNGPL has failed to provide the same; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to provide natural gas to remaining part of above mentioned sector at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that two General Managers, namely Sardar Mohammad Khan and Mr. Ashfaq Ali Malik, who opted for early retirement in June, 2014 re-joined the 31 Utility Stores Corporation (USC) in December, 2014 and were reinstated by the current Managing Director (MD) in 2019; (b) whether it is also a fact that both the aforesaid persons were paid admissible pensionary emoluments at the time of early retirement; if so, the details thereof; (c) if the answers to part (a) and (b) above are in affirmative, can a person who once chose to take early retirement can rejoin service which is illegal under the relevant laws; (d) if so, what steps are being taken by the Government to hold the responsible accountable?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the residents of Mouza Sudhran, Tehsil, District Islamabad, have been deprived of natural Gas only on the pretext that the area is known as Ghauri Town although; (b) whether it is also a fact that it is on record that the above said Mouza has nothing to do with Ghauri Town and sale and purchase of land therein is done through registry in district courts, Islamabad; (c) the authority that has put ban on above alongwith reasons thereof; (d) since when such ban has been imposed; and (e) what remedial steps are being taken by the Government to do the needful in order to provide Gas to said locality at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Water Resources be pleased to state:(a) whether it is fact that the contract for the rehabilitation of Mangla was awarded in the year 2016; (b) whether it is also a fact that the project was started on 03-10-2016, as according to the bidding instructions the project was to be completed in 800 days and also its units 5 and 6 but the commercial operation work was started with effect from December 10, 2018; (c) whether it is further a fact that aforesaid units could not be completed in time; (d) whether it is further also a fact that according to the bidding documents, 450 days concurrent closed for more than 1300 days as observed and undue favour is given to the executing contractor and is allowed to continue work; (e) the details of total loss to the national exchequer due to the delay in completion of project; and (f) what steps are being taken by the Government to hold responsible accountable for such negligence?

No.1880- B/EIII/EO/2018 dated the 28th June, 2021; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; along with details upon which Estate Office prepares the General Waiting List. (c) whether denial of allotment of official accommodation on ground of wrong entry on the part of the Estate Office amounts to depriving an employee of his legitimate; and (d) what remedial measures are being taken in this regard?
