Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that steel manufacturers are hoarding thousands of tonnes of steel iron bars and selling it at the rates of their own choice; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to check their stock and also control the cartels of steel manufacturers as well?
