Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that difficulties are being faced by common man to get loan under the programme “Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar; (b) whether it is also a fact that there conditions such as, new house which should not be old more than one year, covered area allocated therefor and the first transfer condition has made it more difficult for common man; (c) if so, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to change these conditions; (d) if so, the time by which such conditions will be relaxed; if not, reasons thereof; (e) whether any special concession will be provided to the Government servants in imposing interest including reduction in conditions under this scheme; (f) if so, the time by which such conditions will be reduced; if not, the reasons thereof?
