D holders placement training programme?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the details of water supply system set up for the residents of Islamabad; (b) whether it is a fact that CDA has allowed private tankers to supply water in Islamabad; (c) whether it is also a fact that private tanker mafia gets water from water pumps of CDA and supplies it to the citizens for Rs. 2000/- to Rs. 3000/-; if so, the steps being taken against them; (d) whether it is further a fact that CDA is allegedly looting and plundering the people in collaboration with the tanker mafias; (e) the time by which action will be taken against them?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that private banks have imposed the condition of getting the maps approved from CDA for houses in villages of Islamabad, under the “Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar” Programme; (b) if not, the action being taken against the banks making such demand from the applicants; (c) the number of banks against which action has been taken; (d) the authority which will grant approval of maps of houses in the above said areas for the purpose of getting loan; and (e) the detail of policy of State Bank of Pakistan in this regard?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the number of gazetted officers of the Constitutional Bodies, who have applied for loan under the “Mera Pakistan Mera Ghar” Programme, in Allied Bank of Pakistan, Islamabad Region alongwith the name of each officer, date of application, required amount and the amount offered to them by the bank; (b) the number of officers, to whom loans have been given up till now; (c) the action being taken against the bank officers, due to the negligence of such loan has not been given to certain officers; and (d) the time by which loan will be given to these officers?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety Division be pleased to state: (a) the details of health sector related to International NonGovernmental Organizations (INGOs) who had stopped their activities in the tenure of previous Government; and (b) the names of those INGOs which have submitted the applications to work in health sector in the tenure of present Government?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that both public and private sector Universities in the country are short of Ph.D qualified below age of forty {(40) or above forty five (45)} age faculties or Faculty Members; 27 (b) if so, the details of prescribed criteria of teacher student ratio for running Ph.D programs in the public and private sector universities in Pakistan; (c) whether it is also a fact that a large number of Ph.D qualified scholars are jobless in the country at present; if so, reasons thereof; (d) the details of registered jobless having Ph.D degree on their credentials in the country at present; and (e) the time by which they will be employed in Government or Private Organization or Universities by the Government in respective descipline?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state whether under paragraph 25 of PO 3 of 1997, a Retd High Court Judge, elevated from service of Pakistan/subordinate judiciary, after having duly served for five years as a Judge of High Court is entitled to extra pension @2% p.a (for his service in the service of 19 Pakistan/subordinate judiciary subject to maximum of 80% of his salary as Judge of a High Court

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that voltage of electricity is very low to zero in Mehar Din, Chujoo near Rural Dispensary Mouza Bokhari, District Chaniot and respective sub-division of FESCO has failed to do so; if so the details thereof; and (b) what steps are being taken by the Government to upgrade/improve the transmission phase system in said locality by installing additional transformers?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that applications of Journalists for allotment of plots in Sector F-14, Islamabad are lying pending with the Ministry for verification; (b) if so, the time by which the pending applications will be verified and sent back to the Pakistan Housing Authority?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) how many Assistant Directors are working in Federal Public Service Commission, seniority list thereof; (b) how many Deputy Directors are working in Federal Public Service Commission, quota-wise list thereof; (c) the criteria and procedure for promotion of Deputy Directors to next post; (d) how many post of Deputy Directors by promotion or direct, the detail thereof; and (e) how many posts of Directors are lying vacant in that time; if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Establishment Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) is intentionally holding lesser examinations thus slowing down the entire process of recruitment; and (b) what are the reasons and what steps are being taken to boost up the recruitment process?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that applications of Journalists for allotment of plots in Sector F-14, Islamabad are lying pending with the Ministry for verification; (b) if so, the time by which the pending applications will be verified and sent back to the Pakistan Housing Authority?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to refer to Starred Question No.10 replied on 16-10-2020 and to state: (a) details of persons, alongwith address of katchi abadi, whom plots were offered and allotted, separately, in Model Urban Shelter Project, Farash Town, Islamabad; (b) whether the persons whom plots were allotted, have they occupied the same; if so, the details of vacated plots of the katchi abadi; (c) detail of persons, whom plots were allotted in Farash Town but did not vacate the occupied piece of land in katchi abadi; (d) whether any action has been taken against them; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (e) the date upon which a proposal of such allotments has been moved to competent authority; (f) if yes, what action has been taken against the violators by the competent authority thereupon; (g) whether it is a fact that size of katchi abadies has been rapidly increasing in the capital for the last many years; (h) if so, what exclusive measures are being taken by the Government to take action against above persons in this regard?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a Sewerage Nullah is being constructed in Chakki Bagh, Sohan, Islamabad; if so, the percentage of work completed thereof; and (b) the time by which development work will be completed on this Nullah in order to facilitate residents of the said locality?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether the cases for allotment of stals/plot in Subzi Mandi, Sector I-11, Islamabad are pending; if yes, details thereof; (b) whether such cases can be considered or decided as per their old policy on the subject or otherwise; (c) if so, number of such old cases alongwith details of decided or pending thereof?
