Will the Minister for States and Frontier Regions be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the merger process of erstwhile FATA is slow and there is constitutional and legal crisis in erstwhile FATA due to FCR and merger process; and (b) the role being played by the Government to accelerate this process?
