Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the link roads and relevant interchanges on both sides of Karachi-Hyderabad Motorway have not been completed by the Government so far; if so, the time by which the same will be completed; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the said Motorway is in dilapidated condition at different places; if so, the time by which it will be repaired?

(a) the number of plant protection teams working against locust swarm in Sindh Province under Federal Government; (b) the area in hector where the spray has been completed in Sindh province and area in hector where the spray has not been carried out yet in detail; (c) whether the Federal Government intends to carry out spray through airplane throughout the country; and (d) the medicines provided by Federal Government to save Sindh Province from locust swarm?
