Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan is one among those countries that will face severe shortage of fuel in coming years; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to assess the fuel demand and prepare an action plan to scale up the production of fuel in the country?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) being a regulator has taken notice after the privatization of the Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) regarding non existence of mechanism to address consumers rights with reference to register complaints on poor quality of services of PTCL; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in the affirmative, the steps being taken by the Government to protect the rights of consumers particularly with reference to poor quality of services of the PTCL?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that prices of medicines being used in pregnancy are very high; (b) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to decrease prices of said medicines; and (c) whether it is further a fact that Pakistan is self sufficient in manufacturing of said medicines?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to seek assistance of the Foreign Universities for preparing the syllabus for Colleges and Universities in order to bring level of education of the country at par with the international standards?

Will the Minister for National Food Security and Research be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that varieties of Rice of Pakistan have failed to get attraction of international buyers of major countries for export as per their requirement/potential due to lack of its adequate tools, quality, purity of varieties, branding and value addition; (b) if so, the steps being taken by the Government to provide adequate tools, quality, purity of varieties, branding and value addition of the said Crop to bring it as per international standard?

Will the Minister for Information, Broadcasting and National Heritage be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to fix special time on the Government owned and Private TV Channels to highlight problems of women and children in the country; if so, the details; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a)whether it is a fact that a large number of women to whom financial aid is being granted under the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) are illiterate and they do not know how to operate cards of BISP; and (b)whether there is any proposal under consideration to install a separate ATM in each city for those people receiving aid/grant under the BISP at present?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a)the procedure under which working schedule of banks are being fixed; (b)whether it is a fact that various private banks in the country refuse to receive bills from consumers and to make other bank transactions as per their timings; (c)whether it is also a fact that the private guards of said banks deal badly to consumers; and (d)whether it is further a fact that ATMs of various banks are linked down on Saturdays and Sundays; if so, the steps being taken by the Government to stop such practice?

Will the Minister for Commerce and Textile be pleased to state the steps being taken by the Government to stop dumping of non-essential imports into Pakistan which are causing losses to the local industries of the country?
