Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Secretariat be pleased to state: (a) the names of the Members of the National Assembly and Senate of Pakistan other than FATA spent their development funds under the heads of PWP-I and II in FATA during the period from March 16th, 2008 to March 15th, 2013 alongwith the criteria adopted therein; (b) whether physical verifications of the development schemes of said funds have been conducted; if so, the criteria adopted therefor alongwith findings of such verifications; (c) whether it is a fact that several malpractices and misappropriations have been un-earthed in utilization of said funds in FATA; if so, the details alongwith the responsibles thereof; and (d) the steps are being taken to ensure transparent utilization of such funds?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan Railways initiated a number of inquiries to probe into the financial and administrative bungling therein during the last five years; if so, the details alongwith the present status thereof separately; and (b) the steps being taken to finalize said inquiries at the earliest in order to hold accountable the persons involved therein?

Will the Minister for Finance, Revenue, Economic Affairs, Statistics and Privatization be pleased to state: (a) the ratio of tax/duty levied on the import of crude and finished products of oil at its various stages during the year 2013-14 alongwith the justification thereof; and (b) whether it is a fact that the petroleum products are under heavy taxation at present; if so, the steps being taken by the Government to rationalize the taxes levied on petroleum products?
