(a) whether it is a fact that institutions registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) are currently under investigation by the security agencies; if so, the detail of each institution along with its name thereof;
(b) the name of authority who approved the registrations of the aforesaid institutions along with the names of officers/officials who were involved in the aforesaid registration process; and
(c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government
to address the issue of suspicious registrations cases and
establish a transparent registration and effective monitoring
system within PNC to end the monopoly of functionaries?

(c) whether the council has assessed operation and function of each registered institution according to the established criteria; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof;

which are violating established criteria such as required

transformers have been disconnected in the previous three
years at the request of Metropolitan/Municipal Corporation
by the Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO);
(b) whether it is a common practice to remove the supplementary
transformers when disconnecting said connections;
(c) how many transformers have been removed alongside meter
disconnections during last three years;
(d) whether it is also a common practice to also disconnect
neighbouring unrelated connections and remove their
transformers also;
(e) whether the WAPDA officer In-charge of such an operation is
bound by court orders prohibiting him from interfering in the
matter till the next date of hearing;
