Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the details of the total volume/quantity of solar panels imported by the Government since May, 2022 till to date, indicating also the details of their energy generation in megawatts; (b) the details of solar panel importers in the country at present; and (c) the name of countries through which these panels were imported during the said period?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has implemented any quality standards on imports of solar panels/solar equipment; if so, the details thereof; and (b) what is the process through which the said standards are implemented by FBR in this regard?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the details, if any, of the cases arising from land reforms registered in Federal Land Commission since 2011 to till date; and (b) the steps taken by the said commission in implementation of the land reforms during the aforesaid period?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that as per Ministry of Interior’s Notification of September 9th, 1984, “no foreigner shall, directly or indirectly, acquire land or any interest in land or landed property in Pakistan, except with the previous permission in writing by the Federal Government/Provincial Government and in accordance with the conditions subject to which the permission was granted”; (b) if so, the justification of the said decision of the Government?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) the number of cases of corporate crime filed/registered/detected by the Corporate Crime Circle (CCC) of the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) for the last five years; (b) the details of action taken against criminals in each of these cases, indicating also the nature of crime in each case; (c) whether it is a fact that in February 2022, CCC has arrested five men on charges of selling fake medicines and seized a huge quantity of spurious medicines and material in Karachi, if so; (d) the present status of investigation upon this case?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the details of electricity distribution companies (DISCOs) that have so far been privatized by the Government at present; (b) the details of privatization contracts of these DISCOs; and (c) whether the Government has any plan through which such contracts whereby these privatized DISCOs would not make profits at the expense of consumers and employees?

Will the Minister for Energy ( Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that according to the details of current expenditure released by the Finance Division, for the fiscal year 2023-24, the Power Division was the biggest spender utilising Rs.769.7 billion against an allocation of around Rs..450.5 billion; (b) if so, the justification of aforementioned overspending by the said department?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the amount of circular debt at present along with the details of its percentage increase during the last five years, alongwith year-wise details; (b) whether it is a fact that to ensure effective management of circular debt, the Federal Government had introduced a Circular Debt Management Plan a couple of years ago; if so, the details thereof; (c) what are the sources of increasing circular debt in Pakistan; (d) whether there is any proposal under consideration of Government to form any action plan; and (e) whether it can be short-term or long-term in order to eliminate this monster of circular debt forever; if so, its details thereof?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the details of registered multivitamins of national and multinational companies approved by Drug Regulatory Authority Pakistan (DRAP) at present alongwith their prices; (b) whether it is a fact that a large number of unregistered nutraceuticals are being sold in the market and the prices of these nutraceuticals are de-regulated till date and the manufacturers/importers sell them at a price of their own choice; if so; (c) what steps are being taken by DRAP/relevant authorities in order to control the said practice?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan had introduced an Orphan Drug Policy in 2017 in order to set up a separate price control regime, ensure availability of drugs needed for patients suffering from rare diseases, if so, the details of high priority diseases mentioned in that policy; (b) the present status of implemntation upon this policy indicating also the details of measures taken under the same so far? Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination: (a) It is not a fact that the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan had introduced Orphan Drug Policy in 2017. (b) Since no such policy was introduced, therefore, no question of implementation arises.

Will the Minister for Climate Change and Environmental Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that as per the latest announcement of the Government of Pakistan is among the top 23 countries facing a major drought emergency; (b) if so, the total population that is expected/estimated to be affected from this drought like situation, indicating also the areas of the country where such vulnerable population is at risk on account of droughts; and (c) what emergency measures have been taken so far in this regard by the Government in order to bring country out of this alarming situation?
