Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the names of those widows throughout the country and especially those who are belonging to the South Punjab and Sindh their houses were destroyed partially or completely during the devastated rains in the year, 2022 they have been struck out from the poverty survey list and first installment had been issued by the Government for the restoration and construction of their houses; (b) whether it is also a fact that such amount was credited in their said account in which they used to receive financial assistance earlier; and (c) if so, the time by which the names of the said widows will be re-included in the aforesaid survey?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that new pipelines have been laid by Sui Gas in Bostan Town, Bismillahabad, Madina, Muslimabad Mohallahs and Chak Jalaldin, Rawalpindi; (b) whether it is also a fact that gas pressure in these lines is very low; if so, the reasons thereof and (c) what steps have been taken by the Government to increase gas pressure in the aforesaid areas?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that electric wires containing many joints, have been temporarily laid opendly and unsafely on ground to provide temporary electricity connection to the residents from the distribution defective box of the C-Type Blocks, Sector G-9/2, Islamabad (especially Block No.I-C) and the same are passing in front of the aforesaid block; (b) the aforesaid temporary electric wires have not yet been covered deeply in ground to save the residents from severe electric shock as their joints suddenly starts sparking continuously especially in the rainy days; (c) the number of complaints have been registered in relevant Inquiry and the problems have not yet been solved as the residents old age persons including children and ladies facing acute difficulty while passing through the aforesaid faulty electric wire in front of their homes; (d) if so, the reasons thereof; and (e) the time by which the temporarily connected electric unsafe wires and distribution faulty box will be replaced and wires would be covered deeply inside the ground''

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the nomination of the incumbent President of Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) has been denied by the Gilgit-Baltistan; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether such fact was brought in the notice of the Government; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) does this situation amount to deceiving the authorities and indicate misconduct; (d) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to address aforesaid irregularities and fix the responsibility and accountable thereof?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that several institutions of the Federal and Provincial Governments are insolvent to the DISCOs; (b) if so, DISCO-wise details with arrears against each; (c) whether such matter has been taken up with the concerned governments to ensure recovery of such arrears in the shortest possible time; and (d) how does uncollected money affect the common man?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether the work of laying and replacement of electric lines for St. No.15, Mohallah Muslimabad, Dhok Sydan, Rawalpindi has been completed; (b) how much fund was allocated and utilized for aforesaid areas; (c) if not, who is responsible for this negligence; and (d) what action has been taken against responsible persons?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) what criteria has adopted for appointment of Chairman of Pakistan Swimming Federation (PSF) specially for present Chairman; (b) whether it is a fact that the incumbent Chairman also occupied the post of Chief Executive Officer (CEO); if so, the reasons thereof; (c) how much monthly salary including other allowances are being given to him; (d) the details of the monthly salary and other allowances received by him during the last three years; and (e) the achievements of the Federation in the international arena by the present Chairman?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to refer to the Starred Question No.94 replied on 06-04-2023 and to state: (a) when notice was given to the violator alongwith its latest status thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that despite receiving notice of violation of building and zonal regulation, the responsible party has not rectified the infractions instead of this that advertising their outlet through various mediums; (c) whether it is also a fact that the CDA allegedly abets such breaches without taking any action beyond issuing notices which weakens the authority's efficacy; thus, making these violations a regular occurrence and this trend is increasing with each passing day; and (d) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to rectify the aforementioned issues alongwith taking disciplinary action against the violator to ensure writ of the authority?
