Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) the details of annual expenditure and income alongwith the positive and negative changes in expenses and income observed in PIA during the last three years; (b) the major areas that caused loses the most; (c) whether it is a fact that PIAs flight operations have been severely affected, and delays in its flights have become the norm in recent times; (d)if so, the details of losses, exclusively, due to cancellation and delay of flights during the said period; (e)whether it is also a fact that in recent years, despite reforms in PIA, it has neither made it a profitable institution nor improved its operations; (f)if so, the reasons of the above counts; and (g) what steps are being taken by the Government to develop PIA on modern lines as per international standards and how will these steps bring the change in it?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Federal Directorate of Education (FDE) had taken cognizance of the fact that an NGO, namely Development in Literacy, which had signed an agreement with FDE to provide teaching faculty alongwith other facilities in the FED-controlled schools in Islamabad, is not paying the minimum wages as announced by the Government to the teachers who were employed by the NGO; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; (c) what corrective measures were taken by the Government to ensure minimum wages to such teachers keeping in view above facts; and (d) how such measure can be proved to be effective?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) is investigating the alleged fraud and corruption involving in billions of rupees from common people in a project, namely the Avenue Hotel of Square Nine Estate Developers; (b) if so, the details of the investigation alongwith its current status; (c) whether NAB has taken notice of such reports Suggesting that the perpetrators of the scam may have fled from the country; (d) if so, what measures are being taken to expedite the investigation, which hold the responsible parties accountable if found guilty then ensured the stolen money could be return to the affected citizens?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) hired a third party to frame its rules and regulations; (b) if so, the details and justification for hiring a third party alongwith the amount paid to it for the aforesaid purpose; (c) whether the third party hired through a bidding process; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (d) what corrective measures have been taken by the Government to address the aforesaid issue?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the details of individuals alongwith their posts and grades who have been absorbed in the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC), including those who have been retired; (b) the positions and grades of each they held in their parent department; (c) whether such absorption is violation against the decision 2013 of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, that was declared illegal and unlawful; if so, the reasons thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to address aforesaid violation and hold those responsible and accountable?

Will the Minister for Planning, Development and Special Initiatives be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that almost PSDP was completed within the stipulated time frame and as per requirement of estimated budget; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; along with estimated of average growth project cost as average number of years required tocomplete the aforesaid project; (c) whether it is also a fact that reflection indicates poor policy made by the previous Government; (d) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to rationalize PSDP allocation to eliminate such distortions to ensure prudent planning and timely completion of any PSDP project?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken notice of the fact that several employees of the Federal Government are getting their salaries from AGPR and those employees who have already been completed their maximum period of deputation are also being paid salaries from the exchequer; (b) if so, the department-wise details of such employees along-with the justification for disbursement of salaries which is being paid beyond their deputation period without any statutory authority, which ultimately leads to audit objections; (c) whether it is a fact that AGPR’s automated system has failed to identify such overpayments; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to address the aforesaid issue legally?

Will the Minister for Economic Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the details of each Government employee who was nominated as a principal candidate and alternate as well as the employees who actually participated in each foreign training during the last three years respectively; (b) whether it is a fact that the host country or institutions have either rejected or not accepted several times the aforesaid nominees; (c) if so, the details thereof; (d) whether information for such rejected nominations has been sought from the concerned institutions of the countries; (e) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; and (f) what steps are being taken by the Government to ensure maximum trainings for Government employees and to nominate individuals for these trainings based on merit?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) whether the Ministry obtains confirmation from time to time from the departments under its administrative jurisdiction regarding the implementation of payment of minimum wages declared by the Government; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether each of the aforementioned departments adheres to the minimum wage regulations for their employees,irrespective of the nature of their appointment; (c) whether any department has been found not to comply with minimum wage regulations; if so, what are the reasons for such non-compliance and what punitive measures are being taken to address the matter; and (d) how will the Ministry ensure that the minimum wage regulations announced in budget, 2024-25 are implemented in all departments?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased to state: (a) whether Pakistan Telcommucation Authority (PTA) being a regulator has taken notice of the fact, that despite having hundred of thousand consumers; (b) Jazz does not has any Consumer Service Centre besides the signals of voice and data, that are very weak at Tatapur, District Multan; (c) if so, the details thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to improve the service of Jazz in above said District?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) what mechanism is in place to audit Overseas Employment Promoters (OEPs) regarding the allocation of manpower for work visas abroad; (b) the criteria used to determine the extent to which an OEP can charge individuals seeking work opportunities abroad as well as the measures in place to protect the rights of migrant workers in destination countries; (c) the details of the audit process, and frequency of audits over the past five years and the outcome achieved of these audits so far; (d) whether the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment has taken notice of instances where OEP exploit the individuals who are seeking better opportunities abroad for illicit profits including the offers of different job and issuing visas under fake pretenses; (e) whether there is any mechanism in place for financial and administrative audit of OEP; if so, the details thereof; and (f) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to implement and enhance transparency mechanism within the available system and hold violators accountable?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a human smuggling network was uncovered by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) which allegedly arranged fraudulent travel documents for Pakistanis with the connivance of Overseas Employment Promoters to enable their entry into Europe; (b) if so, the details thereof alongwith the investigation conducted so far in collaboration with the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment including the number of Overseas Employment Promoters involved in such heinous crimes that have been traced so far; (c) whether the investigations are being conducted against each Overseas Employment Promoter; if so, the present statusthereof; and (d) the time by when such investigations will be concluded and those responsible will be held accountable?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) details of individuals who have been appointed in NADRA in Grade-17 and above over the past five years, including the current calender year; (b) whether these appointments were made through a competitive process; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) details of individuals who have resigned or were terminated during the aforementioned period alongwith the reasons for termination in each case; (d) details of individuals currently working in NADRA, as well as those who have been sent to other departments from NADRA on a deputation basis, including justifications for each person regarding the decision to take or lend their services on deputation; (e) the revenue generated by NADRA in the aforementioned years; (f) whether an audit has been conducted on these funds; (g) if so, the details thereof including critical findings from each year’s audit report?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) whether the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment has taken notice of fraudulent practices being occurred across the country by Overseas Employment Promoters, including Mehboob Enterprises, OEPL No.0833/RWP, which is not only fleecing the citizens by advertising jobs abroad for a certain trade and company and then issuing visas for a different trade and companies besides confiscating passports and other legal documents; if so, the details thereof; (b) the number of complaints registered against the aforementioned OEPs and companies at present and disposed of during the last six months; (c) what investigation has so far been conducted by the Government against these fraudulent persons and Overseas Employees Promoters; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to hold these companies accountable for such fraudulent acts?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) does the Government acknowledge that the current judicial system of the country ensures speedy and inexpensive justice as enshrined in the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan 1973; (b) if so, how does the Government justify it; (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to address and rectify the situation of delayed trials and appeals in the country aimed at expediting the judicial process and ensuring timely resolution of cases and appeals; and (d) how does the Government monitor and oversee the progress of these cases to ensure that delays are minimized and justice is served efficiently?
