Will the Minister for Planning and Development be pleased to state whether it is a fact that ECNEC has recently approved the project of reconstruction of Nawabshah -Sanghar road in Sindh with the condition that the entire cost of the project will be borne by the Government of Sindh and no funds will be attracted from donor agencies whereas during the same meting, federal funds were allocated for projects in other provinces, if so, the reasons for this disparity?

Will the Minister for Information Technology and Telecommunications be pleased to state: Annexure-A (a) the procedure laid down for reporting or registering complaints under the Prevention of Electronic Crime Act; (b) the number of complaints received, resolved and pending before the Pakistan Telecoms Authority and other executing agencies under the said Act upto 30th June; and (c) the number of persons arrested, proceeded in courts of law and convicted on account of the said complaints so far?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of Government accommodations allocated for allotment to the Civil Servants in Islamabad have been allotted by the Ministry of Housing and Works to the Judicial Officers / Official under rule 4 (3) of the Allocation of Accommodation Rules, 2002 during the last one year, if so, the details and reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the Prime Minister of Pakistan has issued a directive to cancel the allotment of the said accommodations to those judicial officers / officials, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether the Ministry of Housing and Works has canceled the allotments of those accommodations to the said Judicial officers/officials in the light of Prime Minister’s directive, if not, the reasons thereof?
