Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the DISCO-wise details of theft of electricity of each last five years alongwith change of its volume either positive or negative in aforesaid years; (b) whether it is a fact that DISCOs including have failed to eliminate such theft of electricity and consequently thereupon general consumers have to pay excessive bills; (c) if so, what steps are being taken by the Government toformulate a well thought out policy to stop such theft?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has made structure of fees for Private Medical Colleges; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether the Government has taken notice of the fact that Private Medical Colleges are charging exorbitant fees without any rationale, making it difficult for the people to afford and causing them to abandon their medical studies; if so, the details thereof; (c) whether it is fact that the Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued guidelines to restrict medical colleges from charging excessive fees from students and fix a cap thereof; if so, the details thereof and why have these court decisions not been implemented at present; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken to establish a reasonable fee structure for Medical Colleges?

Will the Minister for Climate Change and Environmental Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the current percentage of forest covered areas in Islamabad and how it aligns with International Standards; (b) whether it is a fact that the Ministry, being a policy making at the Federal level, is aware of the large-scale deforestation occurring due to the development of housing societies in recent years, leading to a notable decrease in forest cover in the capital; (c) if so, what specific protective measures are adopted and being implemented in response to this issue; and (d) what further initiatives are being taken by the Government in collaboration with stakeholders to promote tree plantation and enhance forest cover in ICT areas where forst is in-sufficient?

Will the Minister for Climate Change and Environmental Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the overall index of Climate Change relating aspect of Islamabad; (b) whether there is need to do more in this regard; and (c) what corrective steps are being taken by the Government in coming years to take protective measures against the Climate Change impact in capital?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state what steps are being taken by the Government to improve the quality of educational institutions in rural areas of Islamabad to match those in urban areas by providing Funding Facility Upgrades and Teacher Training Programs?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has any proposal for the number of schools and other educational institutions established in Islamabad, for deaf and other children with disabilities; (b) whether it is a fact that above mentioned schools are less in number and consequently such children face great difficulties to get conventional or non-conventional education; (c) if so, what steps are being taken by the Government for more educational institutions at such places, where accessibility would be easy for such students?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the benchmark upon which a security company is granted a license, particularly with reference to hiring the services of security guards, including their age, training, medical fitness and well-being; (b) whether the Government has carried out post assessments of such companies regarding their recruited security guards; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) whether the Government has taken notice of incidents leading to the death of common citizens by security guards in the different areas of the country in recent time; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to address the aspects of the aforesaid and implement mechanisms to strengthen the quality of work of security guards?
