Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that inquiry committee has been constituted by CDA in compliance of the Ministry letter No.F10/1/2021 MOI PMDU CDA I, dated 21-10-2021 regarding Pakistan Citizen Portal Complaint; (b) if so, the details of the inquiry report and the action taken by the Government and reasons for making delay in the matter?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken cognizance of the ongoing deprivation of electricity in significant parts of Balochistan, despite the passage of decades and the failure of previous Government to develop the required infrastructure; (b) if so, is there any plan being considered by the Government to launch specialized initiatives for the large-scale generation of electricity through solar energy systems, such as the establishment of solar parks, with a particular focus on providing electricity to the inhabitants of Balochistan, who have historically been without this essential service; (c) if so, what specific measures are being taken to execute these projects and how does the Government intend to ensure that these measures yield tangible outcomes alongwith the anticipated timeline for observing substantial improvements in electricity accessibility for the people of Balochistan?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) what are the existing subsidiaries of Pakistan Railways, including their founding objectives and an assessment of whether these objectives have been successfully met; (b) what specific operations are currently undertaken by each subsidiary and the rational for why these operations cannot be directly managed by Pakistan Railways; (c) any outstanding financial liabilities of the aforementioned subsidiaries to Pakistan Railways, alongwith relevant details and justifications; (d) whether any current employees of Pakistan Railways, the Ministry, or related departments hold positions within these subsidiaries; (e) if so, what financial benefits do they receive from these subsidiaries and does this appointment not create a conflict of interest; and (f) what measures are being implemented to rectify any irregularities, address conflicts of interest, ensure transparency and leverage the workforce of Pakistan Railways to manage these operations internally?

Will the Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite the identification of significant challenges within the Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP), such as issues related to beneficiary targeting, insufficient support amounts and administrative inefficiencies like slow processing that hinder the programmes overall effectiveness, there remains a consistent failure to manage and enhance BISP effectively; (b) if so, whether an evaluation of BISP’s performance, particularly regarding the implementation of digital payments and the reduction of human intervention; (c) if so, the details of such assessment and the subsequent actions taken based on the findings; and (d) what measures are currently being implemented to improve BISP, particularly in terms of refining targeting methods, increasing support amounts and integrating digital payment systems to optimize operations and mitigate corruption?
