Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether the Federal Directorate of Education, Islamabad, has taken cognizance of the fact that several schools under their administrative control have deliberately stopped to send admissions of students to the Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Islamabad, within the dates fixed by the board for their respective examinations; (b) if so, the school-wise details of the students whose admissions were sent late during the last two years, especially for the 9th and 10th examinations; (c) it is not only amounts to additional burden on the students but also shows negligence on the part of the management of such schools; (d) if so, what steps have been taken by the Government to make the management of such schools accountable and ensure timely admissions of such students in each board examinations?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether electricity is being provided on wooden poles and service wires from long distance to Mosque Ayesha Khawas Katha, Village Lower Shahother, UC Gar/at, Tehsil Balakot, District Mansehra since long; if so, the justification thereof; (b) whether said services wires and poles are dangerous for human beings as well as animals and crops; (c) if so, the expenditure incurred thereon and losses occurred therefrom; (d) whether there is any proposal under ·consideration to replace these wooden poles and wires alongwith a new transformer, as per requirement and electricity poles; {e) if so, when it will be implemented?

Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the names, nature of appointments, dates of appointments and other particulars of persons who are currently working in the Pakistan Nursing Council, especially working on contract and daily wages etc.; (b) the details of initial tenure of appointment of each of the above employee and how often such employment of each has either been made afresh or extended; (c) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan Nursing Council has been regularly extending the employment of several employees working on such arrangements while many have been dismissed without any reason recently; (d) if so, the justification and particularly of those persons removed during the last three years alongwith reasons thereof; (e) whether it is not a discriminatory arrangements where few have been given favour and other employees have been retrenched; and (f) what corrective measures have been made by the Government to fix such discrepancies?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the parking lot of PIMS, Islamabad was auctioned; (b) if so, the details thereof, including the price alongwith its duration and procedure was adopted for auction of the aforesaid parking lot; (c) whether the Government acknowledges the concerns raised by the visiting patients about the parking charges being paid by them and their attendants, for parking their vehicles, especially in emergency; (d) if so, whether any proposal is under consideration to waive of the parking fee and to implement it by PIMS, Islamabad; (e) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) total pension being given to retired employees by Pakistan Railways at present; (b) whether less than Rs.13,000/- pension (per month) is being given to widow of in case of PPO No.14896, Ex. Constable, Railways Police, Rawalpindi; if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) whether pension is given to aforesaid widow and there is any proposal under consideration by the Government to increase the aforesaid pension; if so, when it will be enhanced; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the total number, names and designations of officers of BPS-20, of the Constitutional Bodies, who could not avail the facility for allotment of apartments in Sector G-13, Islamabad, during the last three months due to lack of amount but subsequently they requested to the Director General, Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) for allotment of apartments; and (b) the time by which apartments will be allotted to the aforesaid officers?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) what is the actual effective exchange rate of the rupee against the dollar at present; (b) the reasons for the depreciation of rupee against dollar which were natural or artificially created in recent years; (c) if so, what steps have been taken by the Government against aforesaid situation with respect to the appreciation of the rupee against the dollar; ( d) if the depreciation of the rupee was completely or partly artificial, what disciplinary and effective measures have been taken by the Government against these factors?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a large number of Pakistanis are detained in Saudi Jails; (b) if so, the detail of prisoners/detainees with his/her particulars,nature of crimes, sentences awarded, so far sentencescompleted and the name of jail where they are detained; (c) the steps taken by the Pakistan Embassy for the early release of detained Pakistanis from Saudi jails, the details of efforts made by the Embassy for the last five years and the number of prisoners released from Saudi Jails; (d) how many Pakistanis shifted in Pakistani jails from Saudi Arabia under agreement on transfer of convicted signed by Pakistan and Saudi Arabia in 2021; (e) the complete details of officers/officials in embassy deputed for welfare of Pakistani community and dealing with jails affairs; (f) details of the relief provided to Pakistani community by the efforts of Pakistan Embassy including the complete detail; (g) if any action was initiated against any individual on poor performance and if any commendation certificate was issued to any officer/official on extra-ordinary performance?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether is there any plan under consideration of the Government to strengthen communication infrastructure, expand broadband coverage and bridge the digital divide between urban and rural areas; (b) details of the progress of major transportation projects like the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) and their impact on Pakistan logistics and connectivity?

Will the Minister In-charge of the Cabinet Division be pleased tostate: (a) whether it is a fact that the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), after conducting two extensive surveys, requested the Universal Service Fund (USF) in November2021 to provide 4G data and voice services to the area of Dheri Mera, UC Salhad, District Abbottabad; if so the details thereof; (b) when the said 4G service would be provided by the USF at the said place; (c) the details of officials/staff responsible for the aforesaid delay and negligence; (d) what action has been taken by the Government against them under the relevant law; and (e) what steps are being taken by the Government to provide the 4G data voice services immediately in the said area?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that National Savings has recently discontinued its Shariah-complaint saving schemes; if so, the reasons for such discontinuation; (b) whether it is also a fact that this discontinuation contradicts the Government's efforts to promote Islamic banking and finance in the country; (c) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to reintroduce Shariah-complaint saving schemes; and (d) when will these schemes start again, the timeline thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) the details of Memorandum No.F.1(5)r-4/95 dated 31-07-2006 issued by the Finance Division (Regulations Wing) for granting 20 percent special pay to Federal Secretaries with effect from 01-07-2006 at the rate of basic pay being drawn or maximum of BPS-22, whichever is less; (b) updated list of Federal Secretaries and other incumbents in BPS-22 since 2006 indicating; their names and year wise amount of their basic pay; monthly actual amount of special pay drawn by them and its percentage vide their basic pays being drawn since their eligibility; and (c) the details of all office memorandums chronologically making revisions in the rates of said special pay along with yearly table of minimum and maximum ceilings of the Basic Pay Scale-22, since 2006 till date?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the janitorial services in the Parliament House managed by the Capital Development Authority (CDA) are unsatisfactory apart from the fact that the installations such as fountains, paintings besides others that were once installed in the Parliament House for its beautification, have decayed both inside and outside (green area) and CDA has failed to repair or renovate such facilities or improve janitorial services; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; c) the amount, which has been spent from such heads during the last five years; (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to fix aforesaid installations; and (e) whether there is any proposal to outsource the janitorial services in the Parliament House; if so, the details thereof; and if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development be pleased to state: (a) whether the guidelines laid down in rule 5(2) of the Public Sector Companies (Corporate Governance) Rules, 2013 were followed while making the reappointment of the incumbent Managing Director, Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF); if so, the details thereof alongwith the names of the three candidates who were recommended to the Government for its approval; (b) the date on which such approval was obtained from the Government; (c) whether a person previously appointed by the Government as MD, OPF, who has reached the age of superannuation, can be re-appointed even after superannuation; if so, the details thereof; (d) whether the MD nominated by the Government can be considered as an elected member of the OPF Board; (e) if so, under what authority; if not, how can aforesaid appointment as such of MD be considered an elected member of the board?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that roads particularly within different Sectors such as I-9 and I-10, Islamabad, are in dilapidated conditions; (b) despite the attention of the concerned authorities, particularly Capital Development Authority (CDA) was invited to this issue but they did not carryout necessary repairing work; ifso, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government and CDA for repairing of aforesaid dilapidated roads without delay?
