Will the Minister Incharge of the Capital Administration and Development Division be pleased to refer to Senate starred Question No.34 replied on 22nd August, 2013 and state: (a) whether it is a fact that the students of F. G. Junior Model Schools (renamed as Islamabad Model Schools) who got scholarships in the centralized examination of class-V during the years 2011 and 2012 have not been paid the amount of scholarships so far despite the assurance given in reply to the referred question, if so, its reasons; and (b) the time by which payment of amount of scholarships will be made to the said students?

Will the Minister for Defence be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the retired military personnel of Pakistan Armed Forces are not granted medical allowance along with their pensions, if so, its reasons; and (b) whether it is also a fact that the retired personnel of Pakistan Armed Forces on re-employment as a civilian in any institution of Armed Forces are not given the medical facility, if so, its reasons?
