Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Trainings be pleased to state: (a) the steps being taken by the Government for human resource development in the country; (b) the names and locations of the institutes working for human resource development in the country; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to establish more such institutes in the country, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that department of Postal Services has constructed rest houses in the country, if so, the purpose for which the same were constructed and the purposes for which the same are being used at present; (b) the average monthly expenditures presently being incurred on each of the said rest houses; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to privatize the said rest houses, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Foreign Affairs be pleased to state: (a) the number of Pakistani prisoners repatriated from USA since 15th March, 2008; and (b) the main allegations against the said prisoners?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Trainings be pleased to state: (a) the criteria laid down for admission in Public Universities in Islamabad; and (b) whether any relaxation is being given to the students belonging to FATA Balochistan and Gilgat-Baltistan in admissions in the said Universities?
