Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to refer to the Senate starred question No.6, replied on 15th December, 2015 and state: (a) whether the domicile certificates of the candidates are get verified before making their appointments in PIA; (b) whether the domicile certificates of the 95 persons belonging to FATA who are presently working in PIA were get verified when they were appointed in PIA; and (c) the action taken/being taken against the persons who are appointed on fake domicile certificates of FATA?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether PIA publish any magazine for the convenience of passengers, if so, the name of the magazine, number of copies being published and date since which the same is being published; (b) the names, designations, date and nature of appointments of the persons working for publishing the said magazine; and (c) whether the increase made in the salaries of other employees of PIA is admissible to the said persons, if not, the reasons far this disparity?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the marketing strategy devised by PIA and ratio of its success so far; (b) the names and designation of the persons working in Marketing section of the said airlines indicating also the pay, allowances and other fringe benefits admissible to them; (c) whether the said employees possess the required educational qualifications prescribed for Marketing section of that airline; and (d) whether the perks given to those employees are decided accordance to their performance or otherwise?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) the names and nature of work of the various sections/departments of PIA; (b) the sanctioned posts and the number of persons presently working in each of the said sections / departments; and (c) the names of those sections / departments in which appointments have been made during the last five years indicating also the names and place of domicile of the persons and prescribed quota under which they have been appointed

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) the amount allocated for free legal assistance to the needy and poor litigants during the last three years with province-wise and year-wise break up; and @ Deferred from 14th January, 2016 (b) the number of children who have been provided legal assistance in the country during the said period with year-wise and province-wise break up?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that sector F-14, Islamabad, has been allocated for housing scheme for the Federal Government employees, if so, the details thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that illegal constructions are being made in the said sector, if so, the details thereof; and (c) whether any action has been taken/being taken against the officials concerned who failed to stop the said illegal constructions, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) the names of the persons who performed Hajj 2015 on government expenses; (b) the procedure adopted for the selection of those persons; and (c) the amount spent by the Government on the Hajj of those persons?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) the names and designations of the government employees and other persons along with the names of their respective Ministry, Division, attached departments and sub-ordinate office etc, who were sent to Saudi Arabia for Hajj duty during Hajj 2015; (b) the procedure adopted for the selection of those persons indicating also the name of the authority which granted approval for their selection; and (c) the names and designations of those employees and other persons alongwith the names of their respective department against whom complaints were lodged for their negligence in performing the said duties and the action taken/being taken against each of them?

Will the Minister for Religious Affairs and Inter-Faith Harmony be pleased to state: (a) the details of the buildings and hotels hired by the Ministry in Saudi Arabia for Hajj 2015 along-with the rent of each building and hotel and the dates their hiring; (b) whether it is a fact that those building and hotels were hired months ago from the Hajj dates, if yes, the reasons thereof; and (c) the amount paid by the Government on account of rent for those buildings and hotels?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the production capacity of IPPs, solar and hydel power projects in the country indicating also the quantum of electricity being produced by those projects at present?

Will the Minister Incharge of the Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) the amount spent by ERRA in AJK, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Batagram, Kohistan and other areas for rehabilitation and reconstruction in the wake of 2005 earthquake; (b) whether any money from the funds meant for rehabilitation and reconstruction of the said areas have been transferred to other districts / areas, if so, the details and reasons thereof ; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government to construct / complete the uncompleted schools, hospitals and roads in Mansehra?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the details of infrastructural work to be carried out in the Officers’ Housing Scheme, Kurri Road, Islamabad; (b) the details of the said work done so far since 2012 indicating also its percentage of the overall infrastructural work; (c) the time by which the remaining infrastructural work of the said scheme will be completed indicating also the estimated cost of the same; (d) whether any cost escalation has occurred in that work as against the original estimate, if so, the details thereof; and (e) whether the Government will bear the said increase in the cost or it will be charged from the allottees?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that some Government employees are occupying two Government accommodations of Cat. II and III at the same time, if so, their names, designations and names of their departments and reasons for the same; and (b) whether house rent for the both houses is being charged from the said occupants, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the officials of Islamabad Police are not entitled for allotment of Government accommodations in Islamabad; and (b) whether it is a fact that a number of the said officials have been allotted those accommodations by the Ministry of Housing and Works, if so, their names, designations, addresses of the accommodations allotted and rule under which the same have been allotted to them?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the procedure laid down by Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) for repairing and maintenance of electricity transformers which develop technical faults; and (b) whether there is any provision in the said procedure under which the consumers have to carry out the repairing and maintenance of the faulty transformers themselves?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the amount allocated and spent by PESCO under the head of repairing and maintenance of electricity transformers during the fiscal year 2015-16 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with district wise break up; (b) the number of complaints regarding faults in transformers reported in the said province during the last two months with district-wise break up indicating also the time during which the same were repaired or replaced; and (c) whether it is a fact that the residents of Districts Lakki Marwat, Bannu, Hangu, Karak and D.I. Khan are required to make contribution for repairing of transformers installed in their areas?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation have invited applications under Membership Drive Phase I all II in the years 2009 and 2015 respectively for housing schemes for Government employees, if so, the number of applications received so far under both phases separately; (b) whether it is also a fact that the said Foundation has earmarked Bhara Kahu housing scheme for members who got registered themselves under phase I in 2009 and housing schemes in Sectors F-14 and F-15 for members who got registered under phase II in 2015, if so, the reasons for keeping the members of first drive in far flung area; and (c) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to first accommodate the members registered in 2009 in Sectors F-14 and F-15 and then those who were registered in 2015, if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a rocky piece of hilly land was purchased for the housing scheme in Bara Kahu in 2009 at exorbitant rates for Government Employees who registered themselves with the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation during the period from 2009 to 2014; and (b) whether it is also a fact that no development work has been started on the said scheme so far, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state the number of Government Accommodations available for Government employees in grades 1 to 5 in Islamabad?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that written tests were conducted for appointments against the posts of Commercial Assistants and other posts in IESCO on 1st June, 2015 but the process of recruitment against the same has not been completed so far, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the details of quota reserved for the province of Sindh in the said posts?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the names of the Government departments employees of which are entitled for allotment of Government accommodations; and (b) the names of the non-entitled departments employees of which have been allotted the said accommodations during the last two years?
