Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) being a Custodian of Dam Fund, honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan that how does collection of dam funds which is made by different authorized agencies such as cellular phone companies, Pakistan Railways, banks and also by any other means, how which is periodically reconciled; (b) whether any amount from such funds were used on foreign visits of any person; (c) if so, the details thereof alongwith details of the persons those who have visited abroad by utilizing such funds?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that few employees are still serving in the NAB on deputation even after the judgment of retired Honourable Justice Mr. Amir Hani Muslim; (b) if yes, provide the details and justification for non compliance of the said judgment?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that secondary transmission lines and service cable from pole to meter are in state of shambles across the country at present, consequently, which is one of the many other reasons of system losses and theft; (b) if so, whether the distribution companies has taken notice of the fact and reserved funds either by the Government itself or through distribution companies to channalize such state of shambles since August, 2018; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to settle such mess at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that GT Road from Rawalpindi to Lahore, also known as Grand Trunk Road, has been in dilapidated condition for many years and with each passing day, the dilapidated condition of this road is increasing and the concerned department of NHA has completely failed to start its restoration and reconstruction program during the recent years; (b) if so, the reasons thereof and whether the damage to this road has been assessed since the formation of the present Government; (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to take immediate steps for the reconstruction/rehabilitation of the said road; and (d) if there is a program to rebuild/rehabilitate this road, when will it start and be completed and how much will its cost?

Will the Minister for Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) detail of buildings in the administrative control of Ministry and their measurement in square yards and utilization and vacant un-utilized space; and (b) details of building hired on rent by the Ministry and its attached departments and Commissions detail of annual rent paid and also total amount paid as rent so far?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that some officers of DISCOs NTDC, GENCOs PEPCO and PPMC were awarded minor penalties by their respective competent authorities and on appeals their appellate authorities converted their minor penalties into major penalties during last ten years; (b) if the answer to part (a) above is in affirmative, the particulars of all those officers whose minor penalties were converted into major penalties or exonerated during the last ten years, details of allegations leveled against each of the officers, specific major penalties awarded and reasons for converting minor penalty to major penalties?

Will the Minister for Science and Technology be pleased to state: (a) what special features such as braille lettering are provided in Electronic Voting Machines (EVM) in order to facilitate Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) in the voting process; (b) whether there is any mechanism to train the concerned staff to guide the PWDs; and (c) whether there is any ramps and provision of tactile flooring for PWDs in polling stations.

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to ensure uninterrupted and sufficient provision of Gas supply to Galyat, with the aim to save the forests and to also provide cheap means of fuel for the residents; if so, details thereof; and (b) the time by which Gas facility will be provided?

Will the Minister for Law and Justice be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that after the promulgation of National Accountability Bureau (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 2021 (Ordinance No. XXIII of 2021), the Bureau has issued the instructions to all Regional Offices to keep all matters in abeyance/moratorium till the opinion of Ministry of Law regarding applicability of said amendments in working of the Bureau; (b) if so, whether it is also a fact that the Bureau has taken the major decisions in lieu of aforesaid Ordinance inspite of issuing said restraining instructions like appointments, promotions, constitution of promotion board etc.; if yes, the fate of said decisions; (c) if so, whether it is not a contempt of the Court as held by Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.3 and 4 of 2018 (PMDC VS Muhammad Fahad Malik and others)?

Khan Motorway has been completed; (b) if so, the length and width of the said Motorway; (c) total cost incurred thereon; (d) whether it has been completed cent percent; and (e) the locations where Motorways are under construction in the country at present?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to increase the speed limit of vehicles of 1300 cc and above up to 150 km per hour on Motorways, especially M-4 and M-5, Faisalabad to Sukkur to reach at the destination easily; if so, details thereof; (b) whether it is a fact that passengers traveling on Motorway on said vehicles are facing problems due to reduced limit of 120 km per hour on Motorway; (c) if so, detail of measures taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that due to delays in implementation, slow progress on projects and cost overruns, the Planning Commission has recommended to the National Highway Authority (NHA) to stop submitting new projects and directed it to bring business plan as its throw forward has reached approximately more than 900 billion; if so, the details and reasons thereof; (b) if so, whether it is also a fact that the current pace of approval of new NHA projects is not sustainable and ongoing or new schemes cannot be completed on time with available funding; (c) whether it is not a failure of the NHA in planning and implementing its plan; (d) the actual cost of each of ongoing projects and the estimated cost of each in which it will be completed; (e) if so, the corrective measures being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Government has taken notice of recent news that oil marketing companies (OMCs) have misused the China-Pakistan Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) by importing petrol at the abolished tariff and instead of passing on its benefits to the exchequer or consumers, the OMCs have maintained this price difference as their own profit; if so, the details thereof; (b) the latest status of any inquiry if it was ordered; (c) whether the alleged misuse of CPFTA by OMCs tantamount to failure of oversight bodies of such matters; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what necessary corrective measures are being taken by the Government?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that thousands of applications for installation of electricity meters are pending in every division of distribution companies; if so, the division-wise number of pending applications of each DISCO; (b) whether the concerned authorities have taken notice of such pendency for holding accountable responsible; (c) whether it is also a fact that such pendency on the part of DISCOs compels the applicants to pay bribe to the employees of the respective sub Division in order to obtain their connection; (d) if so, what remedial steps has been taken to quickly resolve such pendency and to plan for providing such a connection within the minimum time frame and if the employees concerned fails to do so, should have been held accountable?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has not regularized its employees particularly LS-1 and SOS-1, recruited under direct and employees son quota for the year 2015-16 despite regularizing employees of different cadres advertised under the same advertisement against aforesaid employees recruitments; if so, reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a that Distribution Companies (DISCOs) have regularized their employees having more than three years of service on contract basis as per regularization policy; if so, details thereof; and (c) steps being taken by Government in terms of revising its policy for regularization of poor employees of DISCOs, specifically aforementioned employees in FESCO, hired prior to Power Division’s recent implemented policy regarding regularization, in the best interests of employees of DISCOs?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) the time by which six months old damaged HT poles of 11-KV Memon Kunri Feeder of 66-KV Grid Station Nabisar will be replaced by HESCO; (b) the time by which distribution sub-station installed at village Khan Muhammad Rajput of Umerkot sub-Division of HESCO will be set right; (c) the time by which remaining poles and D-fuse fitting of AZRI, Umerkot will be installed by HESCO; (d) the time by which operation sub-division Umerkot of HESCO will be bifurcated; and (e) the time by which ongoing works of HT and LP proposals and maintenance estimates will be completed by HESCO?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that SNGPL is intentionally delaying for provision of natural gas in the area of Union Council of Kanit Khalil, Villages Chakri Wakilan and Bhatt, Tehsil Gujjar Khan, District Rawalpindi; (b) whether It is also a fact that all the surrounding vicinities of Chakri Wakilan and Bhatt are enjoying the facility of SNGPL and the natural gas pipeline is passing through the village of Chakri Wakilan and the people of the village have been deprived intentionally of from this basic facility of natural gas; (c) what steps are being taken by the Government for the solution of facts/problems mentioned above in part (a) and (b) and when the natural gas will be provided to the Villages of Chakri Wakilan and Bhatt and the reason of delay so far; and (d) what action has been taken by the Ministry against the individuals involved in the delay?
