Will the Minister for Water & Power be pleased to state whether it is fact that International Organizations including IMF and World Bank in their reports have indicated that the Indus system in the country is fast becoming a "closed basin" in which all of the available renewable resources are already allocated for use, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to find ways for efficient usage of available water and alternatives in the country?
