Will the Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that provisions of Juvenile Justice System Ordinance, 2000 regarding establishment of juvenile courts in each district and juvenile specific detention centers etc. have not been implemented so far, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the steps being taken by the Government to ensure implementation of all provisions of the said ordinance in letter and spirit?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that some Police officials are illegaliy occupying Government’s flats/residences in Islamabad, if so, the number of such officials and the action taken against them; and (b) the steps taken or being taken to get the said flats/residences vacated?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the year in which the last audit of accounts of WAPDA was conducted; and (b) whether any irregularity was surfaced in the report of the said audit, if so, the details thereof and the action taken in the light of that report?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) the details of complaints received against the officials of the Estate Office, Islamabad during the last five years indicating also the names of officials against whom the same were received and action taken in each case; and (b) the steps taken/being taken by the Government to make the said office corruption free?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state the names and locations of the ongoing housing schemes of the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation (FGEHF) indicating also the number of plots, date/year of starting the work, present status of work and expected date of completion in each case?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the present status of work on Neelam Jehlum Hydel Power Project indicating also the date of commencement of work, original and revised estimated cost and the date of completion of that project?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that water table in Balochistan is going lower and lower day by day, if so, remedial measures being taken by the Federal Government in this regard; and (b) the details of ongoing and proposed projects of construction of dams in the said province indicating also the estimated cost and capacity of each dam?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the electricity distribution system in the country has become old and is not able to sustain pressure of generated power, if so, the steps being taken by the Government to upgrade the same; and (b) the details of existing and under construction grids and distribution lines in the country, category-wise?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether it is a fact that a huge quantum of water which flow up-stream to sea go on unused particularly in monsoon season, if so, whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to tap this water for the use of agriculture and generation of electricity, if so, the details thereof?

Will the Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights be pleased to state whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to bring different statues / laws, which deal with similar nature of offences into one statue/law?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the quantum of additional electricity produced/added by K-Electric during 2013-14; (b) the quantum of electricity which will be produced/added by the said company during the year 2015 and 2016; and (c) the date till which 650 MW electricity will be supplied to that company by WAPDA?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state that whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to make available General Waiting List for allotment of Government accommodations in Islamabad in order to make the system of allotment of those accommodation more transparent, if so, when?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the name of countries with which Pakistan is presently negotiating for procurement of electricity indicating also the quantum of electricity proposed to be procured and rate at which the same will be procured; and (b) the time by which supply of electricity from those countries will be started?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state the names of foreign countries which have raised objections on Pak-Iran Pipeline Project since 2012-13 indicating also the details of objections raised by each of them and stance taken by the Government of Pakistan thereon?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the parameters set down in Electricity Act, 1910 for laying aerial electricity cables, installation of transformers and other equipment in rural and urban areas of the country particularly with reference to protect the fundamental right of people to construct buildings at their properties; (b) whether it is a fact that some distribution companies in the country have laid the said cables and installed the transformers and other equipments in rural and urban areas in violation of the said parameter; (c) whether it is also a fact that distribution companies ask the affectee’s to bear the cost of realignment of the cables and other installations if required for some construction or for making some other usage, if so, its reasons; and (d) the steps being taken by the Government to allow the people to construct buildings at their own properties where the said infrastructure exists?

Will the Minister Incharge of Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) the amount spent by ERRA in A.J.K, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Batagram, Kohistan and other affected areas for rehabilitation and construction work in wake of 2005 earthquake; (b) whether any amount meant for the said work was utilized in Multan, Shangla, Larkana, or any other place in the country, if so, the quantum of the same; and (c) the steps being taken by the Government for completion of unfinished work on schools, hospitals and roads in Mansehra under rehabilitation program?

Will the Minister Incharge of Prime Minister’s Office be pleased to state: (a) the amount received from abroad as donations in connection with earthquake 2005 indicating also the names/details of donors and the amount donated by each of them; and (b) the names / details of donors in Pakistan who provided donations in connection with the said earthquake indicating also the amount donated by each of them?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that no mechanism for the LNG supply chain has been evolved so far, if so, its reasons; and (b) whether it is also fact that agreement in this regard between SSGC, SNGPL and PSO has not been signed so far, if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state whether it is a fact that electricity wires are passing over the houses in Daira Muhammad Afzal, village Tatral, Tehsil and District Rawalpindi, if so, the time by which the same will be removed/displaced?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that a number of flats have been constructed near Aabpra, Islamabad, if so, the number, year and purpose of construction of those flats; (b) the number of the said flats which have been allotted and those vacant at present; and (c) the number of the said flats in illegal occupation at present and the steps taken by the Government against the illegal occupants?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state the names, age, place of domicile, educational qualifications and date of appointment of the members of boards of Governors and Directors of the companies under the administrative control of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Resources?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) the number of transformers installed in Dhok Mori, Mohallah Chaudhrian, Bahra Kahu, Islamabad; and (b) whether it is a fact that some of the said transformers have been installed in plots instead of installing the same on street sides, if so, the reasons thereof and the time by which such transformers will be shifted from the plots?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state the number of officers belonging to Sindh and Balochistan presently working in WAPDA?

Will the Minister of Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that policy matters pertaining to Oil and Gas are discussed and decided by the Council of Common Interest (CCI), if not, are these dealt with at ECC and OGRA level; and (b whether it is also a fact that the policy matters of Gas Tariff Adjustment (Meri Gas), Shell Gas Policy, Gas Infrastructure Development Cess (GIDC), LNG Import and paid Parental leave (PPL) extension were not decided by the CCI but other Fourm(s)?

Will the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Resources be pleased to state: (a) the names, experience, salaries and allowances and tenures of Managing Directors of PSO working on permanent or Acting Charge basis; (b) the details of qualifications, experience, salary and allowances, date of issuance of notification of appointment and joining of the present MD PSO; (c) whether it is a fact that the DMD Operations, PSO has no degree; (d) the comparison of PSO market share in petrol and diesel with the Industry during the last four years; (e) the annual turnover / net operating profit of PSO during the last five years with year-wise breakup; and (f) the number of PSO employees suspended during the month of January, 2015 and action taken against each of them so far, as recommended by the Prime Minister?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Estate Office has started allotments on the General Waiting List (GWL), if so, the date on which the said allotments were started, indicating also the number of employees who have been issued allotment letters so far; and (b) the category wise details of number of residences that have been got vacated from illegal occupants during the last six months?

Will the Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) the steps taken by the government for speedy and easy access to justice during the last three years; and (b) the number of cases of women harassment and children kidnapping/kidnapping for ransom in ICT pending presently indicating also the time by which the said cases will be disposed of?

Will the Minister for Law, Justice and Human Rights be pleased to state: (a) the number of persons acquitted from the cases registered under the Juvenile Act, during the last four years; (b) the names of beneficiary persons from the said Act indicating the charges leveled against each and the decision taken in such cases; and (c) the lower and upper age limit of the persons under the above said Act, at present?

Will the Minister for Water and Power be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the transformers installed in village Darkali Shar Shahi, Tehsil Kallar Syedan, District Rawalpindi, are dysfunctional for the last several months, if so, the reasons thereof; and (b) the reasons for not making the said transformers functional so far and the time by which the same will be made functional?
