Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state:
( a) the details of subsidies, which were being given to farme reither directly or indirectly during the last five years;
(b) whether such subsidies made beneficial to farmers or not during said period any assessment has been made in recent years in order to determine factual position in this regard;
(c) whether or not such subsidies make beneficial to farmers; if so, the details thereof; and
(d) what steps are being taken by the Government to make more transparent and effective system to transfer aforesaid subsidies to farmer directly?

(a) whether it is a fact that the latest Planning Commission report highlights significant structural weaknesses and governance issues within Pakistan’s education sector; if so, the detailst hereof;
(b) what strategies are necessary to fix these structural weaknesses and governance problems and why could not these strategies be implemented previously, resulting in the current state of the education system and who is accountable for the deterioration of the education system;
(c) what initiatives are initiated by the Federal Government to enhance public funding, improve teaching standards and refine management practices; and
(d) how do these efforts aims to advance overall educational performance and address the significant regional disparities highlighted in the report to ensure equitable access to quality education for the all students across the country?
