Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the Federal Government Employees Housing Foundation has issued offer letters for allotment of residential plots in sector F-14 and F-15, Islamabad to those government employees who had applied under category-I to III in phase-II of the Membership scheme; (b) whether it is also a fact the government employees in grade 1 to 15,who have applied for plots in category IV and V have not been issued offer letters so far, if so, the reasons for this discrimination; and (c) the detail of quota reserved for constitutional bodies in the said scheme with category wise break up?
