Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether Government has taken notice of various alleged irregularities that amounts to corrupt practices of the Director General, Civil Aviation Authority, such irregularities includes appointment of a flight surgeon, who is incapacitated due to hearing loss concealing of an adverse report of International Civil Aviation Organization about CAA’s flight inspector for simulator testing of a pilot and etc; (b) if so, the details thereof; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government, as not only to fix such irregularities but also hold accountable responsible including DG, CAA, if found involved in such irregularities at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Aviation Division be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Airport Security Force has recently recruited hundreds of personnel and deputed them on duties at various airports without proper training from ASF Training School; (b) if so, deputing of such personnel on duty is tantamount to jeopardize the lives of people that visit airports and public’s assets; (c) if so, whether the Ministry has taken the action not only to hold accountable responsible who deputed aforesaid personnel on duty without proper training but also have failed to ensure the training of such appointees; 23 (d) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (e) whether it is also a fact that there are reports of alleged tussle or dispute between Ministry and ASF’s Headquarter Authorities on the matter of aforesaid recruitment and matter ancillary thereto; (f) if yes, the details thereof; and (g) what corrective steps or action is being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) how much revenue has been collected by the Government from Karachi during the years 2019 to 2020 and 2020 to 2021; (b) how much of the funds have been allocated by the Federal Government to uplift the Karachi; and (c) how much of the allocated budget for the Karachi has been released by the Federal Government till date for the development of the city?

Will the Minister for Energy (Petroleum Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that despite the approval by competent forums, Gas pipelines have not been laid in various streets including Street No.6 of Gulshan-e-Iqbal Town, opposite Abdullah Hashim Petrol Pump, Talumba Road, Mian Channu, District Khanewal, whereas rest of the surrounding area of the said locality has the facility of the natural gas since long; (b) if so, the reasons thereof; and (c) what steps are being taken by the Government to provide natural gas to aforesaid locality by laying pipeline of natural gas to said locality at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Maritime Affairs be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government intends to introduce the concept of harbour or port royalty on the pattern of natural Gas, Water, Electricity or other royalties, for the port cities in the country, especially for Karachi, keeping in view the infrastructure of entire port city; (b) whether it is also a fact that the Federal Government does not spend much amount on improvement and development of port city areas in Pakistan/Karachi; (c) if so, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether the Export Processing Zones Authority, being a regulator, has taken notice of the fact that most of the buildings of factories and other facilities in the Karachi Export Processing Zone are in a very bad condition, as a result, several workers lost their lives due to the collapse of buildings in recent time; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether the authority has also taken notice of the fact that the employees of these factories are neither paid the minimum wage fixed by the Government nor they are registered with the Employees Old-Age Benefit Institution (EOBI); (c) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government to provide better facilities for work and ensure the payment of minimum wages to aforesaid employees?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has taken notice of the fact that the airlines operating in the country have monopolized like a cartel and fixed fares for domestic destinations much higher than the fares of international destinations; if so, the details thereof; (b) whether the Government has estimated the reasonable price of tickets for domestic destinations in recent years and whether this estimate matches the current rates of domestic air tickets of aforesaid airlines; if so, the details thereof; and (c) what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard which are beneficial for domestic travelers?

Will the Minister for Aviation be pleased to state: (a) whether losses to PIA’s occurred due to suspension of flights for EU, UK and USA; if so, what is estimation of losses; (b) the details of actual losses to national exchequer or the PIA during the period of such suspension; if not, the reasons thereof; (c) whether the reasons for such suspension have also been determined; if so, the details thereof; (d) number of pilots and engineers who have been fired on fake licenses and educational credentials since the fiasco of fake licenses and credentials emerged; and (e) what measures are being taken by the Government to get remove such suspensions from respective bodies and ensure accountability of those responsible for inflicting such damages to the national carrier?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that allegedly slow, ignorant and habitual lingering on, in performing tasks by official staff in the offices of International Islamic University, Islamabad is reason of unnecessary delay in works of students and effecting overall administrative performance of university; if so, reasons thereof; and (b) steps being taken by Ministry in terms of directions for improvement in working performance of aforesaid university, also in terms of training of security staff for dealing students and visitors respectfully?

Will the Minister for Information and Broadcasting be pleased to state: (a) total number and grade-wise number of promotional vacancies lying vacant at present alongwith the date from which each post is vacant, including the reasons to keep each of above post vacant in Associated Press of Pakistan (APP); (b) whether it is a fact that number of vacant promotional vacancies in the APP is not only tantamount to depriving the concerned employees of promotional benefits but also shows the lack of decision making of senior officers/management of APP; (c) if so, whether the Ministry has taken notice of such pending promotional posts in APP and make the responsible accountable; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to speed up the process of speedy promotion to next higher grade of the employees of APP?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that only Rs.390/- monthly ration allowance is being paid from Constable to Sub-Inspector of Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) Police while similar allowance of Rs.8000/- and Rs.6000/- is being paid to Pakistan Ranger and Narcotics Police, respectively; if so, the reasons thereof; (b) when was the last time such an allowance rate was fixed/revised for the personnel of ICT Police; (c) whether the concerned authorities have taken notice of such discrepancies/cum-meager rate of such allowance; if so, the details thereof; and (d) what steps are being taken by the Government to rationalize the rates of such allowance at an earliest?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration of the Government to eliminate the requirement of photo copies of CNIC in order to get registered of a citizen in various social and other facilities of public and private entities in view of the widespread misuse of CNIC copies and also the leaking of data by establishing an automated portal and link maximum entities with it in order to provide and register a citizen for the provision of any service thereof; (b) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the residents of Phulgran, Seri Chowk, Simly Dam Road, Baraku, Islamabad are deprived of the supply of water from Simly Dam, whereas the same water is supplied to the main city of Islamabad; if so, reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that the residents of the above mentioned places deserve preference for of Simly Dam water as compared to the citizens of the main city of Islamabad; (c) whether it is further a fact that alternative arrangement of supply water through water supply schemes to the above said areas is being contemplated; (d) if so, the steps being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Housing and Works be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that posts of General Assistant Director BS-17 in FGEHA being cadre is not filled in light of provisions of estacode related to civil services i.e filling of promotion quota before making direct recruitment; if so, comprehensive details thereof; and (b) the steps taken by Ministry in terms of directions given to Federal Government Employees Housing Authority for promotion of employees/Deputy Assistant Director to Assistant Director, General cadre BS-17, keeping in view seniority, for avoiding from breach of Rules, from the due data maintained for promotions?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether the concerned authorities have taken notice of the fact that the benefit of adjustable General Sales Tex (GST), which is levied on the raw material or otherwise at the time of manufacturing of any product, is not passed to general public, though it is later on refunded to the individuals or companies concerned because the price of an item is determined based on the cost involved in its manufacturing; (b) if so, whether the institutions like FBR has formulated policies to levy taxes that are more regressive to the general public; (c) whether the FBR has assessed such regressive impact on the people at large in recent years; if so, the details thereof; (d) total value of adjusted GST collected during the last three financial years including the current financial year; and (e) how much adjustable GST has been refunded during the last three years alongwith break-up of each year and how much during said period is shown as pending?

Will the Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination be pleased to state: (a) the per-month expenditure of coaches, who have been associated with Pakistan’s Cricket Team by any means at present; (b) the procedure of each of above coaches hired alongwith details of those persons who were called for such positions; (c) the persons involved in their selection alongwith expertise in the relevant field; (d) whether the performance of such coaches is evaluated; if so, the detail of fixed mechanism thereof; and (e) whether any one was held accountable on account of his role for the last two years; if so, the details thereof; if not, reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that in Sector I-14, Islamabad, inhabitants are struggling for Access to Water due to non-availability of facility of Government water supply; 14 (b) whether it is also a fact that despite installed under ground pipelines and approved Tubewells since may years, no progress for installment of Tubewells for aforesaid sector; and (c) steps being taken by Government to overcome tanker mafia, to meet rising demands of water and to overcome water shortage in aforesaid area?

Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: (a) whether authorities concerned have taken notice that NADRA Centre located in Tehsil Kallar Syedan, District Rawalpindi has failed to cater maximum number of people, who visit the centre for different purposes; (b) whether it is a fact that very few tokens are issued to people, who visit the centre and large number of people go back without 15 getting their desired instrument from NADRA, and also wait for another day; (c) if so, what corrective measures are being taken by the Government in this regard in order to cater maximum number of the people; and (d) what further steps will be taken to make it operational regularly even on Saturdays?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the total number of teachers working in IMSB F-7/3, Islamabad; (b) the number of vacant posts of teachers in said College; (c) whether it is a fact that teachers, of 9th, 10th and higher classes are not taken keen interest in classes, therefore the number of students waste their time in grounds and some time out from college without permission; and (d) whether Principal can check the teachers in classes on regular basis?

Will the Minister for Energy (Power Division) be pleased to state: (a) whether there is any proposal under consideration by the Government to make it mandatory for the head of each distribution company to hold an "Khuli Kachery" at least once a month in each sub division in order to address the grievances of the people in general; if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (b) whether the Government has taken note of the fact that people in every sub division of every distribution company have a lot of grievances and find it extremely difficult to get them resolved properly due to alleged corruption therein; (c) if so, what steps are being taken, in this regard

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Railways Multan Division despite conducting the relevant examination in November 2021, the relevant authorities have failed to issue promotion orders for the post of MATE; if so the reasons thereof; (b) whether the concerned authorities have taken notice of the fact that Assistant Way Inspector (AWI), Silanwali Permanent Way Inspector (PWI), Jhang is allegedly taking bribe from their subordinate staff on monthly basis and if the staff does not do so then they are threatened to post them in far-flung areas; if so, the details thereof; (c) time by which each of above mentioned AWI and PWI was posted at present seat; and (d) what steps are being taken to issue aforesaid promotional orders at an earliest and hold accountable such officers who are involved in corrupt practices?
