Will the Minister for Interior be pleased to state: 3 (a) whether it is a fact that Management of Cabinet Division Cooperative Housing Society E-16/E-17, Islamabad failed to provide PTCL facility to residents in the said Society; (b) if so, the reason thereof and the time by which the said facility would be provided to the residents of the Society; and (c) the detail of action taken or being taken against the Management for such delaying tactics?

Will the Minister for Federal Education and Professional Training be pleased to state: (a) the total number of approved seats available for admission in BS Mathematics in International Islamic University, Islamabad; (b) names of students alongwith parentage of those appeared in test for admission in BS Mathematics alongwith obtained marks of each; 50 (c) names of the students with parentage those are selected out of the above for BS Mathematics alongwith obtained marks; (d) whether it is a fact that the successful students include Ms. Shafia Manzoor D/o Manzoor Ahmed; (e) if yes, the reasons for not offering admission to her despite qualifying test; and (f) the time by which the said student will be offered admission in BS Mathematics?

Will the Minister for Climate Change be pleased to state: (a) whether an officer of BS-18 of Ministry of Climate Change, Pakistan Environmental Protection Agency (Pak-EPA) was subjected to fifteen times inquiries on the same allegations for more than five years but not a single allegation was proved in such inquiries; (b) whether it is a fact that he has been without any assignment since 2016 and not allowed to work and his promotion is withheld despite the Court orders, since 2013; (c) whether it is also a fact that the officers in line of promotion are deprived of their due right by initiating inquiries against them; (d) whether an officer can be appointed as Director General BS-20 in Pak EPA holding two domiciles Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 1984 to 2016 and Punjab 1990; (e) what action has been taken against the officer who misled the Honourable Courts by misstating it as an inadvertent mistake and facilitating this appointment; and (f) the steps being taken by the Government to declare such appointment as nul and void ab-initio as per law?

Will the Minister for Industries and Production be pleased to state: (a) whether the Government has implemented all approved proposals mobile device manufacturing policy; (b) if so, the details thereof; if not, reasons thereof; and (c) number of companies have been granted licence for mobile phone manufacturing?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that the areas alongside the railway track near Railway Station in Mian Channu is being used by the people to dump waste and to keep their animals; and (b) what the steps are being taken by the Government to clear aforesaid area and to make it safe and beautiful by making tree plantation; if not, reasons thereof?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that as per reports regarding alleged discrepancies have been emerged reported in tax refunds during the recent financial year; (b) whether the Government has conducted an independent, third party audit of tax returns, which have been made by Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) during the last three years; (c) if so, the details thereof; if not, the reasons thereof; (d) if such audit has been conducted; (e) whether there is any discrepancy observed or found; if so, the details thereof; (f) whether such amount has been recovered so far; and (g) what action has been taken against each responsible alongwith alleged amount of refund?

Will the Minister for Finance and Revenue be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that AGPR has failed to correct the date of birth and length of service of the employees of the National Assembly Secretariat which was sent to the AGPR through various communications including a case of such correction against Personal No.50042710, which was sent to the AGPR for correcting their record by the National Assembly Secretariat vide letter No. F. No. M(446)/Estt.II(683) dated 14-10-2019; if so, reasons thereof; (b) whether it is also a fact that such delay in official’s work by AGPR reflects the un-expeditious work in AGPR; and (c) what corrective steps are being taken by the Government to not only make such long standing correction but also hold the responsible functionaries accountable?

Will the Minister for Communications be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that due to delays in implementation, slow progress on projects and cost overruns, the Planning Commission has recommended to the National Highway Authority (NHA) to stop submitting new projects and directed it to bring business plan as its throw forward has reached approximately more than 900 billion; if so, the details and reasons thereof; (b) if so, whether it is also a fact that the current pace of approval of new NHA projects is not sustainable and ongoing or new schemes cannot be completed on time with available funding; (c) whether it is not a failure of the NHA in planning and implementing its plan; (d) the actual cost of each of ongoing projects and the estimated cost of each in which it will be completed; (e) if so, the corrective measures being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for Railways be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that Pakistan Railways has recently advertise for appointment in MP scales; if so, the details thereof; (b) details of the educational qualifications and years of experience mentioned in the advertisement comply with the current MP scales policy which is required for the appointment of a person on MP scales; (c) whether the Pakistan Railways has sought the approval of the Prime Minister in this regard and if any discrepancy was found in such appointments; and (d) what action is being taken by the Government in this regard?

Will the Minister for National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination be pleased to state: (a) whether it is a fact that promotion of LDCs to the posts of UDCs is under process in the PIMS, Islamabad; (b) if so, what are the relevant Rules of promotion and direct recruitments in this regard; (c) whether it is also a fact that according to Rules, among the LDCs who are being considered for promotion, 50 percent must be allocated to those LDCs who are graduates; (d) if so, whether the Rules quoted in (b) above are being followed in the above said promotions and if not, reasons thereof?
